Neha Hosangadi is a graphic designer based in New Jersey with a passion for brand identity, packaging, editorial, and print design. She enjoys exploring the intersection of visual storytelling and social impact, often incorporating themes of mental health, cultural narratives, and sociopolitical perspectives into her work. She thrives on creative problem-solving—finding thoughtful, visually compelling ways to communicate complex ideas. With a strong foundation in media studies alongside her design practice, Neha enjoys crafting work that is both aesthetically striking and socially resonant, always seeking new ways to push boundaries and spark conversations.

Neha is a designer at Business Connect World, where she has worked on projects like the 2025 Business Catalog and the Business Connect Adventure brand identity. She creates e-commerce graphics, social media content, and marketing materials, blending creativity with strategy for cohesive visuals across both print and digital platforms. Neha is also dedicated to Business Connect’s mission of improving water affordability, access, and sustainability, ensuring her designs support a cause that makes a meaningful impact.

Neha is also the co-founder of Idhar Udhar Press, a self-publishing initiative she launched in 2025 with Tanvi Bendigeri to create space for South Asian diaspora voices. Focused on independent storytelling, the press publishes zines, prints, and other small-edition works that explore themes of identity, migration, and community. Through this project, Neha aims to challenge mainstream narratives and uplift underrepresented perspectives, using design as a tool for both creative expression and cultural dialogue.

In her free time, Neha loves spending time with her family, trying out new recipes, working on passion projects, going on very long walks, watching lots of TV and movies, and adding to her never-ending reading list.
